A medical auxiliary device fitted on a medical bed is disclosed herein to comprise a main frame body, first and second primary frames opposite to each other fitted on the upper of the main frame body, and first and second propping power sources connected with external sides of the first and second primary frames. Each of the first and second primary frames is provided with upper, middle and lower sub-frames. The sub-frames have plural rollers thereon. The rollers fitted among the sub-frames are correspondingly provided with at least one transmission belt on which a teeth strip is fitted. A power source fitted on the main frame body has an exert shaft on which a gear is formed to engage with the teeth strip of the transmission belt.
