PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information detector or others which can be easily assembled.SOLUTION: A biological information detector includes a light-emitting part 14 for emitting light R1 directed at a detection site O of a test subject, a light-receiving part 16 for receiving a light R1 produced by the light R1 emitted by the light-emitting part 14 being reflected at the detection site O and having biological information, a reflecting part 18 for reflecting the light R1 emitted by the light-emitting part 14 or the light R1 having biological information, a protecting part 19 for protecting the light-emitting part 14 or the light-receiving part 16, and a substrate 11 which is held between the reflecting part 18 and the protecting part 19 and in which the light-emitting part 14 is positioned on one side of the reflecting part 18 or the protecting part 19 and the light-receiving part 16 is positioned on the other side of the reflecting part 18 or the protecting part 19. The protecting part 19 has a contact surface with the test subject and the protecting part 19 is constituted of a transparent material relative to the wavelength of the light R1 emitted by the light-emitting part 14.
