To provide a cutting device of soybean curd and a packing device of soybean curd capable of cutting the soybean curd with high accuracy preventing the damage of the soybean curd without generating foreign matter and orderly storing the soybean curd cut in a dice state at high speed and with high efficiency.SOLUTION: A cutting device of soybean curd comprises: a positioning member 35 being brought into contact with the soybean curd T2 and performing positioning； a horizontal cutter 65 horizontally movably disposed within a height range in a region contacting with the soybean curd of the positioning member； and a cutter drive part horizontally driving the horizontal cutter 65. The positioning member 35 is disposed at the end edge of the horizontal cutter in a cutting direction.
