The present invention relates to a toothbrush head comprising a body, a first rotating tube, a driving unit, a support table, a rotating body, and an auxiliary rotating body. In contrast to conventional tooth brushing methods, in which the user rapidly moves the hand left/right and up/down to brush teeth, the toothbrush head according to the present invention makes it possible to cleanly wash every corner of teeth through a simple method of continuously nipping a part of the body, and to wash upper and lower teeth simultaneously, thereby shortening the tooth brushing time.
