PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cosmetic excellent in migration of an oil soluble ultraviolet absorbing agent from a sheet to the skin and also excellent in durability of an ultraviolet effect on the skin.
SOLUTION: The sheet cosmetic is formed by impregnating a sheet base material with an oil-in-water type emulsified composition containing following ingredients (a) to (c) and water, in which the mass ratio of (b)/(a) is 5/100 to 25/100. The ingredient (a) is an oil soluble ultraviolet absorbing agent the ingredient (b) is an oil agent compatible with the ingredient (a) and has an SP value of 7.0-9.5 and the ingredient (c) is an alkyl-modified carboxy vinyl polymer.
