PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of image quality by reducing a difference in influence on two sensor substrates laminated with each other received from the same electrical component in a housing.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device comprises: a sensor unit that includes two sensor substrates laminated with each other; a base that supports the sensor unit; an electrical component that is on the opposite side of the sensor unit with respect to the base; and a heat insulating member that includes a portion located between the electrical component and sensor unit.
