PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone anchor enabling reliable fixation without any seizure of a locking part to a plate and capable of shortening a fixing time.SOLUTION: A bone anchor 1 for use in the femur 100 includes: a lug screw 2 that is screwed so as to pass through a fracture line a plate 3 that is disposed along the longitudinal direction of the femur 100, and provided with a lug screw holding part 3B at a proximal side of the femur 100, and fixing holes 31 and 32 at a distal side of the femur 100 and locking pins 5 and 6 provided with screw parts 5S and 6S at head parts, and fixing the plate 3 to the femur 100.
