The invention relates to Cathepsin-D and angiogenesis inhibitors and compositions thereof for treating breast cancer. More particularly, the invention relates to the design and synthesis of inhibitors of Cathepsin D which exhibits antiproliferative activity and also inhibits angiogenesis.
