The purpose of the present invention is to provide an oil dispenser for a tuna fish can comprising； a body (110) which forms a plurality of protrusions (111) on the upper center in all directions； a plurality of compressed plates (120) which includes a plurality of holes (121) and forms a rotary gear (122) on the inner side and is installed on the outer side inside the body (110) in all directions to be rotated and overlaps both sides； a handle (130) which includes an auxiliary protrusion (131) in all directions to be interlocked with the protrusions (111) on the lower side and forms a driving gear (132) on the lower center to be interlocked with the rotary gear (122)； an elastic body (133) which connects a space between the body (110) and the handle (130) and pulls it； and a cover (140) detached to the top of the handle (130) and includes a spoon on the lower side and is inserted into the inner side of the handle (130). The present invention controls the diameter of the compressed plate according to the side of the tuna fish can by a user and smoothly squeezes residual oil in the tuna fish can.
