The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition of a formulation forming a transparent skin protective barrier. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, which contains 0.01-1.0 wt% of a medical grade of atelocollagen relative to the total weight of the cosmetic composition to form a transparent skin protective barrier, thereby providing effects of moisturizing the skin and reducing dead skin cells. The cosmetic composition is suitable as a skin tonic (skin lotion) formulation due to low viscosity and light feeling on the skin.본 발명은 투명 피부 보호막을 형성하는 제형의 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 의료등급의 아텔로콜라겐을 화장료 조성물의 총 중량에 대하여 0.01 내지 1.0 중량%로 함유함으로써 투명 피부 보호막을 형성하고, 이로 인해 피부 보습 및 각질 개선 효과를 제공하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 화장료 조성물은 점도가 낮아 사용감이 가벼운 화장수(스킨로션) 제형에 적합하다.
