PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical breast implant assembly configured to eliminate suturation of biological body to tissues.SOLUTION: A medical implant assembly (10) and method are provided, the implant assembly having a medical implant (12), e.g. a breast prostheses (12), to which a biological interface (18) is attached or similarly connected. The biological interface (18) is comprised of a dermal material (20) with capsular contracture-inhibiting properties, so that after the medical implant assembly (10) is inserted into the host, the biological interface (18), which is intimately coupled to the implant (12), prevents/reduces capsular contracture formation around the implant (12).
