An object of the present invention is to provide a spraying device capable of spraying both powder and fine granules smoothly and accurately. The spraying device includes a hopper section for storing a powder or granule to be sprayed, and a feeding section provided below the hopper section to feed the powder or granule downward from the hopper section, and the feeding section has a spray hole. A bottom plate having a shutter plate provided slidably with respect to the bottom plate and having a shutter hole whose opening area overlaps with the spray hole is adjustable. The spray hole and the shutter hole are provided with a powder spray hole and fine particles. A hole for spraying powder is provided, and when a spray hole for dust powder and a shutter hole overlap, the spray hole for fine powder spray and the shutter hole do not overlap, and the spray hole for fine powder spray does not overlap. When the spray hole and the shutter hole overlap each other, the spray hole for dust dispersion and the shutter hole do not overlap each other.
