In one embodiment, a device for tensioning an orthopedic device is provided, the device comprising: a screw drive a screw gear a body portion comprising a first cam lever and a second cam lever and a cable operatively connected to the orthopedic device and operatively connected to the body portion wherein rotation of the screw gear causes translation of the screw drive.
