PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin pretreatment agent which is applied to skin before uses of skin lotion or the like, thereby raises transdermal absorption of a low molecule water-soluble active ingredient which the skin lotion or the like contains, and improves skin familiarity.SOLUTION: The skin pretreatment agent comprises blending glycerol, dipropylene glycol, polyoxyethylene methyl gulcoside, squalane, and pentaerythrit tetra-2-ethylhexanoate.
