PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce radiation exposure by scanography.SOLUTION: An X-ray computer tomography apparatus sets a reference position of a subject and a position of an affected part on a scanography image of the subject. Distance-setting means sets the reference position, and a distance to the position of the affected area along the subjects body axis direction. Imaging means captures an image for positioning the subject in a scope containing the reference position of the subject. The X-ray computer tomography apparatus sets the reference position of the subject on the image for positioning.
