The small groove comprises a first side wall positioned on the leading end side and a second side wall positioned on the trailing end side. The first side wall extends away from a first reference plane with increasing distance from a first bottom part, and the second side wall extends parallel to the first reference plane or extends away from the first reference plane with increasing distance from the first bottom part. The angle α formed between the first side wall and the first reference plane is larger than the angle β formed between the second side wall and the first reference plane. A dental implant provided with this fixture for dental implants is provided.
