A corneal endothelial cell adhesion-promoting agent containing a Rho kinase inhibitor, a corneal endothelial cell culture medium containing a Rho kinase inhibitor, and a corneal preservation solution containing a Rho kinase inhibitor, A method for producing a corneal endothelial preparation, comprising the step of culturing corneal endothelial cells using the above culture solution, and a corneal endothelium protective agent comprising a Rho kinase inhibitor. The adhesion promoting agent for corneal endothelial cells of the present invention promotes the adhesion of corneal endothelial cells and enables formation of a corneal endothelial cell layer having good cell morphology and high cell density.
