Disclosed are a suturing nail with sutures and a device for aiding the nail in falling off by itself, for surgical use, consisting of two parts: the suturing nail with sutures (3) and a device for connecting and fixing the suture bodies (2). The suturing nail with sutures (3) has at least one suture body (2). The suturing nail (3) comprises a nail head and at least two nail feet.
