PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lacrimation promoter using diquafosol or a salt thereof and used for treating dry eye.SOLUTION: The invention provides a lacrimation promoter containing in combination with diquafosol or a salt thereof and rebamipide or a salt thereof, wherein the concentration of a diquafosol or a salt thereof is 1 to 5% (w/v), the concentration of rebamipide or a salt thereof is 1 to 3% (w/v), and the lacrimation secretion is promoted synergistically. The lacrimation promoter is used for the treatment and/or prevention of lid wiper epitheliopathy, superior limbic keratoconjunctivitis, eye fatigue, dry eye, and serious dry eye.
