A compensator attached to the abutment element of the stapler, wherein the abutment element comprises a forming surface, wherein the compensator comprises a compressible compensator housing comprising a plurality of first containers and a plurality of second containers, wherein each second container is located between two or more first containers; the first medicament located inside each first container; a second drug located in every second container, with the first drug o differs from the second drug; and an attachment portion configured to attach to the abutment member. 2. The compensator according to claim 1, wherein the first drug contains a first powder and the second drug contains a second powder. The compensator according to claim 1, wherein the first drug contains alginate and the second drug contains calcium. The compensator according to claim 1, wherein the compensator housing comprises a longitudinal axis, and wherein the first containers and the second containers are arranged in alternating order along the specified longitudinal axis. The compensator according to claim 1, wherein the first containers and the second containers are arranged in alternating order.
