The present invention provides a use of an immunity-enhanced composition prepared by poultry crude protein extracts. The poultry crude protein extracts are obtained from a high-temperature high-pressure extraction of the poultry meat and an oil-water separation for grease removal. The poultry crude protein extract at least includes branched-chain amino acid (BCAA), histidine, threonine, lysine and phenylalanine.
