PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gingival sulcus cleaning system having functions for transferring an antibacterial substance to a deep part in a gingival sulcus, adsorbing the antibacterial substance onto a tissue around the gingival sulcus, and on the other hand, cleaning and discharging the bacillus or inflammatory product in the gingival sulcus, in the cleaning of the inside of the gingival sulcus.SOLUTION: An aqueous solution of a substance, which is soluble in water and has an electrical polarity and a bacillus suppression action, is used as cleaning water 19. When cleaning the inside of a gingival sulcus 21 by discharging the cleaning water with low pressure from a nozzle installed in a handpiece, an ion induction circuit including the inside of a living organism and a cleaning water discharge path in a conductive path is made to function by an ion induction energization circuit configured by connecting a living organism side electrode and a cleaning water side electrode with a battery, and a bacteriostatic ion substance is electrically induced and adsorbed onto a tissue around the inside of the gingival sulcus and used as a means for suppressing the existence and proliferation of bacillus in the gingival sulcus.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】歯肉溝内の洗浄において、歯肉溝内深部に抗菌性物質を送達し、歯肉溝周囲の組織上に吸着させる一方で、歯肉溝内の細菌や炎症性産物を洗浄、排出する機能を有する、歯肉溝洗浄システムを提供する。【解決手段】水に溶けて電気的極性を有し細菌の抑制作用を有する物質の水溶液を洗浄水19として、ハンドピースに設置したノズルから洗浄水を低圧放出して歯肉溝21内を洗浄する際に、生体側電極と洗浄水側電極をバッテリーと接続して成るイオン誘導用通電回路によって、生体内と洗浄水放水経路を導電経路に含むイオン誘導回路を機能させ、歯肉溝内の周囲組織上に制菌性を有したイオン物質を電気的に誘導して吸着させ、歯肉溝内における細菌の生存と増殖を抑制することを手段とするものである。【選択図】図6
