PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine separate packaging device capable of achieving excellent inspection performance, which can accurately read identification information such as a mark placed on a medicine.SOLUTION: A medicine separate packaging device 10 includes a medicine preparation and dispensing unit 20, a separate packaging unit 150, a pre-separate packaging imaging unit 100 for reading identification information placed on a medicine at a stage prior to the separate packaging by the separate packaging unit 150, an individual supply unit 60 for individually supplying the medicine received from a medicine preparation and dispensing unit 20 side to a pre-separate packaging imaging unit 100 side, and a control unit 200. The individual supply unit 60 includes a reception unit 72 for receiving the medicine from the medicine preparation and dispensing unit 20 side, and a delivery device 64 capable of performing delivery operation for delivering the medicine by individually holding the medicine in the reception unit 72 and releasing it to the pre-separate packaging imaging unit 100 side.
