PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus capable of confirming information on an image quality and an image processing system.SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging apparatus has: an imaging part, an estimation part and a control part. The imaging part executes a first imaging and a second imaging following the first imaging to a subject. The estimation part estimates information on an image quality in execution of the second imaging on the basis of a magnetic resonance image related to the first imaging and imaging conditions set concerning the second imaging.
