Portable ultrafiltration device comprises built-in blood circulation circuit of hemofilter, which provides suction of bellows, connected by means of tube passing through electromagnetic valve, with one of branch pipes for haemofiltration dialysis, element providing access to vascular system, blood circulation circuit formed by arterial blood lines extending from the element and passing through the peristaltic pump, and lines for venous blood, and an ultrafiltration pressure sensor connected to another hemofilter dialysis tube. Electronic protective unit includes a venous pressure sensor and an air sensor on the venous blood line, connected to the central control unit and venous blood lines pass through it. Central control unit is connected with peristaltic pump, ultrafiltration pressure sensor and solenoid valve and is configured to calculate in real time amount of extracted fluid based on data transmitted by venous pressure sensor of electronic protective unit and ultrafiltration pressure sensor, and determination of procedure termination, when venous pressure and ultrafiltration pressure are equal.EFFECT: technical result is reduced to providing security while maintaining mobility and ease of use.4 cl, 1 dwgИзобретение относится к медицинской технике.
