PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally in a soil disinfection machine mounted on a tractor, etc., a chemical in a chemical storage tank is force-fed through a hose to a chemical injection claw by a spray pump, injected and sprinkled in soil from an injection nozzle, however, when the supply of the chemical is interrupted on the ground of shortage of the chemical in the chemical storage tank, at a point of time when presence or absence of chemical discharge is confirmed by confirmation meters, an air admixture in a chemical flow channel already occurs and occurrence of liquid leakage from the injection nozzle and deterioration of chemical sprinkle precision are unavoidable.SOLUTION: The soil disinfection machine is includes a chemical supplement tank 30 for supplementing a consumed chemical 58 in the chemical storage tank 29, supplement pumps 35A and 35B for sucking and discharging the consumed chemical 58 in the chemical supplement tank 30 and force-feeding the chemical to the chemical storage tank 29, a residue detector 54 for detecting a chemical residue in the chemical storage tank 29 and a chemical supplement mechanism 53 for permitting drive on/off of the supplement pumps 35A and 35B depending on the detected chemical residue.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来より、トラクタ等に装着される土壌消毒機では、薬液貯溜タンク内の薬液を、散布ポンプにより、ホースを介して薬液注入爪に圧送して注入ノズルから土中に注入して散布しているが、薬液貯溜タンク内の薬液切れが原因で薬液供給が途絶えた場合、確認計で確認できた時点で既に薬液流路内へのエアー混入が発生しており、注入ノズルからの液だれの発生や薬液散布精度の悪化が避けられない、という問題があった。【解決手段】消費した薬液58を薬液貯溜タンク29内に補充する薬液補充タンク30と、該薬液補充タンク30内の薬液58を吸引・吐出して前記薬液貯溜タンク29に圧送する補充ポンプ35A・35Bと、前記薬液貯溜タンク29内の薬液残量を検知する残量検知装置54とを備え、検知した薬液残量に応じて前記補充ポンプ35A・35Bの駆動入切を行う薬液補充機構53を設けた。【選択図】 図3
