PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underwear for the upper body with a pocket for storing a tube for peritoneal dialysis.SOLUTION: The underwear for the upper body with the pocket includes an underwear body (1) and the pocket (2). The front part of the underwear body (1) is provided with a fastener (3) such as a hook-and-loop fastener, a string or a button, and a part of an overlap part of the underwear body (1) and pocket (2) is provided with a hole (4) for pulling out the tube. A cloth for forming the hole is used also as a stay cloth (5) of the pocket (2), and the upper part of the hole (4) is provided with a hook-and-loop tape (6) for fastening the underwear body (1) and the pocket (2).
