PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate interference noise in an optical coherence tomography device (OCT).SOLUTION: An OCT 100 is configured to include: a first fiber coupler 103 that divides a light beam from a light source 101 into measurement light and reference light, in which the measurement light enters a sample 110, and after reflecting the measurement light, the measurement light is exited from the first fiber coupler as reflection light； a second fiber coupler 112 into which the reflection light exited from the first fiber coupler and reference light enter and which is configured to interfere with each other； connection fibers 105 and 113 that connect the second fiber coupler to the first fiber coupler； and an optical element 106 that is connected to the connection fiber.
