PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology such as reducing a loss in manufacturing work efficiency such as a medicine, by preventing adverse influence by fixing powder to a board surface of a tableting machine for manufacturing a tablet.SOLUTION: In a tableting machine for manufacturing a tablet, a symptom of a fixation start of powder in a rotary board surface, is determined based on a measured value of the powder extracted from an image photographed by a camera, by photographing a predetermined area on the rotating rotary board surface by the camera. When determining the symptom of the fixation start of the powder from the image, operation of the tableting machine is automatically stopped. Thus, there is no need to always monitor a state of the tableting machine by an operator, the tablet can be manufactured by continuous work day and night.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】錠剤を製造する打錠機の盤面に粉体が固着することによる悪影響を未然に防止し、医薬品等の製造作業効率のロスを少なくするなどの技術を提供すること。【解決手段】錠剤を製造する打錠機において、回転中の回転盤面上の所定エリアをカメラで撮影し、カメラで撮影した画像から抽出した粉体の測定値に基づいて、回転盤面における粉体の固着開始の兆候を判定する。画像から粉体の固着開始の兆候を判定したとき、打錠機の稼働を自動的に停止させる。これにより、作業員が打錠機の状態を常時監視する必要がなくなり、昼夜を問わず連続操業による錠剤の製造を可能にする。【選択図】図1
