A cell according to the present invention is a cell containing a nucleic acid construct encoding a WT1 gene product or a fragment thereof, wherein the nucleic acid construct contains a region encoding a desired fragment of the WT1 gene product and also contains only AUG as a functional initiation codon. The present invention can provide a cell into which a nucleic acid construct having a significantly improved level of expression of a WT1 gene product or a fragment thereof is introduced.
