The driving circuit board is arranged on the lower case. The X-ray detecting panel connected to the driving circuit board converts the X-rays applied from the outside into electricity and detects the electricity. The touch panel is arranged on the X-ray detecting panel. The upper case is arranged on the top of the touch panel.
