An acetabular reaming guide comprises (i) a body having a longitudinal passageway extending through it, (ii) a plurality of arms extending from the body, and (iii) a plurality of feet configured to contact a coxal bone of a patient. Each of the plurality of feet is coupled to a respective arm, and can be positioned relative to the body based on a predetermined degree of version and inclination angles of the acetabular cup prosthesis when implanted in the patient's coxal bone and on the contour of the bone.
