PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enrichment apparatus, wherein variation in supply amount or oxygen concentration of oxygen-enriched air is hardly caused even in case of variation in the ambient temperature.SOLUTION: The oxygen enrichment apparatus includes: an oxygen enriching means 1 having an oxygen enriching membrane 11 and forming oxygen-enriched air a supply port 2 supplying the oxygen-enriched air a pipe 3 connected to the oxygen enriching means 1, forming a flow path A leading the oxygen-enriched air formed in the oxygen enriching means 1 into the supply port 2 and a branched flow path B of the flow path A, the flow path B being provided with a flow resistance part 31 for increasing the flow resistance higher than that in the flow path A a vacuum pressure generation means 4 generating vacuum pressure by fluid flow, applying the vacuum pressure to the oxygen enriching means 1 and leading the oxygen-enriched air formed in the oxygen enriching means 1 to the supply port 2 via the pipe 3 a switching means 5 switching between the pipe 3 of the flow path A and branched flow path B and a detection means 6 detecting the pressure in the pipe 3 or the ambient temperature of the oxygen enriching means 1.
