This invention relates to an omni-directional tooth flushing cleaner, including a main body, a connection base, a spherical head, a bushing, a tooth flushing device, and a bubble generator, in which the main body, in combination with the spherical head and bushing, is rotatably coupled to the connection base to form a movable omnidirectional joint. The bubble generator is mounted under the main body and has the function of shutting water off. The main body forms an assembling hole extending therethrough in a lateral direction for receiving therein the tooth flushing device with only front and rear ends exposed. The tooth flushing device is mainly composed of a switching plug, an elastic element, and a nozzle. The switching plug is provided with a water inlet hole and a water outlet hole, whereby water discharging can be controlled by pressing the switching plug so that a proper water jet can be generated through the water pressure of faucet for directly flushing and cleaning users teeth and gum.
