The present invention relates to a transparent stick-form ultraviolet-screening cosmetic composition containing a polyamide based gelling agent, an amino acid based gelling agent, an organic ultraviolet screening agent and an oil, and, more specifically, relates to a transparent stick-form ultraviolet-screening cosmetic composition comprising a polyamide based gelling agent which has outstanding transparency and elastic feel and an amino acid based gelling agent which has adequate stick strength, and an organic ultraviolet screening agent as the main base. The present invention makes it possible to produce a transparent stick-form ultraviolet-screening cosmetic composition, by using the organic ultraviolet screening agent as the main base and including the polyamide based gelling agent which has outstanding transparency and elastic feel and an amino acid based gelling agent which has adequate stick strength.
