[Problem] To provide a method for producing a blood pressure meter and the cuff of a blood pressure meter which simplifies the structure of the cuff and makes it possible to easily wrap the cuff around the upper arm of a patient. [Solution] The cuff (3) of a blood-pressure-meter (1) is equipped with: a body member (80) having a blood-restricting airbag (20) for restricting the flow of blood in the upper arm (T) by supplying air, and formed by folding a sheet-shaped member and sealing the same so as to be airtight and an arterial-pulse-detection airbag (40) for detecting the pulse of an artery in the upper arm (T) by supplying air, and positioned in the blood-restricting airbag (20) of the body member (80).[Problème] Fournir un procédé de production dun tensiomètre et du brassard dun tensiomètre qui simplifie la structure du brassard et rend possible lenroulement facile du brassard autour de larrière-bras dun patient.
