PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and useful agent for suppressing the cell growth inhibition caused by irradiation of blue light, and to provide a composition useful for alleviation, prevention and improvement of skin aging including wrinkles and sagging.SOLUTION: The invention provides an agent for suppressing the cell growth inhibition, containing bilberry extract as an active ingredient, and a skin aging preventing and improving agent based on a cell growth inhibition suppressing action, and further various compositions containing the agent for suppressing the cell growth inhibition (pharmaceutical compositions, food and drink compositions, cosmetic compositions).
