The present invention relates to a medical VR simulation program capable of simulating a virtual surgery and creating a surgical guide, which allows a user not only to simulate a surgery directly through virtual reality using a VR device and a controller, but also to produce a surgical guide necessary for an actual surgery based on a simulation result. The medical VR simulation program enables a computer to function as an input means, 3D volume model generating means, a simulation means, and a simulation result storage means.본 발명은 가상 수술 및 수술용 가이드 제작이 가능한 의료용 VR 시뮬레이션 프로그램으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 VR 기기와 컨트롤러를 이용하여 가상현실을 통해 사용자가 직접 수술을 시뮬레이션을 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 시뮬레이션한 결과물을 토대로 실제 수술 시 필요한 수술용 가이드를 함께 제작할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가상 수술 및 수술용 가이드 제작이 가능한 의료용 VR 시뮬레이션 프로그램에 관한 것이다.
