PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice vibration output device for outputting voice using vibration while acquiring vital data on a human body.SOLUTION: A voice vibration output device comprises: a vibrator formed using a piezoelectric bimorph element for vibrating in response to voice an insertion part that is formed so as to be capable of being inserted into an external auditory canal of a human body, includes at least one through passage that has a shape whose cross section increases from the inside of the external auditory canal to the outside of the external auditory canal and connects the inside of the external auditory canal with the outside so as not to block the external auditory canal even in the state in which the insertion part is inserted into the external auditory canal, and vibrates when the vibrator vibrates and an infrared light emitting element and light receiving element that are provided on a surface of a frame and are for detecting pulsation of a vessel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
