An aspirating and blowing device (10) comprising: an impeller (20) contained in a substantially cylindrical chamber (12) provided with an access opening (121) for air a manifold (40), provided with a connecting tract (400) branching from the cylindrical chamber, wherein the manifold (40) is forked into a first discharge conduit (41) and a second discharge conduit (42) branching respectively from the connecting tract (400), and valve means (70) associated to the manifold (40) and able to selectively close one from between the first discharge conduit (41) and the second discharge conduit (42).
