PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable angle locking implant that allows a strategy to be adjusted as necessary after a surgical site has been accessed but prior to insertion of a fastener into bone material.SOLUTION: A variable angle locking implant includes a bone plate having: a lower surface； an upper surface； and at least one opening penetrating from the lower surface to the upper surface and having an axis. The opening has a plurality of fins defining a plane.
