PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray generating device and a dental X-ray imaging apparatus where size and weight can be reduced.SOLUTION: Voltage inputted from the outside is boosted by a transformer 20, a voltage boosting section receives and boosts the voltage boosted by the transformer 20 to produce DC voltage, and the DC voltage is outputted to an X-ray tube to generate an X-ray from the X-ray tube. The voltage boosting section is formed by arranging components in a substrate three-dimensional part 22 of a three-dimensional substrate 19.
