PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of continuously separating blood from an isotonic solution containing the blood due to bleeding, condensing the blood and returning the condensed blood to a patient.SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a first filter 20 for separating a first mixed solution 17 extracted from the abdominal cavity 10 into the isotonic solution 15 and a second mixed solution 18 having a hematocrit value which is larger than that of the first mixed solution 17 first solution return flow paths 23, 24 for returning the separated isotonic solution 15 to the abdominal cavity 10 a recirculation flow path 50 for recirculating the second mixed solution 18 which has flown from the blood separating flow path 31 for flowing out the second mixed solution 18 to the second filter 30 to separate the isotonic solution 15, and increasing the hematocrit value of the second mixed solution second solution return flow paths 34, 24 for returning the separated isotonic solution 15 to the abdominal cavity 10 and a blood return flow path 43 for returning the mixed solution having the hematocrit value which has been increased up to the predetermined value. The apparatus executes in parallel, extraction of the first mixed solution 17 from the abdominal cavity 10, return of the isotonic solution 15 to the abdominal cavity, and return of blood to the blood vessel.
