PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the preparation which enables an artificial hip joint component used for an artificial hip joint replacement to be applied and flexible measure with fewer members or tools to be taken when an operation where an artificial hip joing component of surface replacement type is applied.
SOLUTION: A first condyle member 11 is formed as an acetabular cup part arranged in the acetabular where the inside of a shell member and a globular outer surface slide each other, and has a first hemispheric globular acetabular part 22 with the globular outer surface formed. A first rod member 14 is formed as the side part of a thigh bone to be implanted to the thigh bone, which is to be implanted along a medullary cavity section. The first condyle member 11 and the first rod member 14 are combined by connected via another member 12.
