PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame self-propelled x-ray CT apparatus in which cable wiring work can be easily performed.SOLUTION: A frame self-propelled x-ray CT apparatus according to an embodiment, includes: a frame a rail unit and a cable guide member. The frame radiates X-rays to a subject placed on a bed, and imaging is performed by detecting the X-rays transmitted through the subject. The rail unit includes: a rail installed on a floor surface for moving the frame and a wiring storage space provided at a lower part of the rail.
