PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnosis device, a medical image generation method, and a medical image generation program which enable anyone to easily set a condition for obtaining a clear medical image, regardless of his or her degree of experience when performing filter processing.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnosis device includes: a determination unit 12 which determines a filter type suitable for an image being a processing object a condition collection unit 13 which acquires a specified filter type and a relevant conditional value a filter condition setting unit 14 which sets a plurality of conditions required for the execution of filter processing, with the relevant condition value as the center on the basis of the filter type and the relevant conditional value a filter processing unit which performs filter processing for each conditional value and an image generation unit which generates an image subjected to filter processing.
