A patient interface for delivery of a supply of pressurised air or breathable gas to an entrance of a patient&rsquos airways includes a cushion member 3202 that includes a retaining structure 3242 and a seal-forming structure (not shown) for the patient&rsquos nose permanently connected to the retaining structure. The retaining structure is made of a more rigid material than the seal forming structure of the cushion. The cushion includes a sealing lip 3250 that seals against the frame member 3314, 3312 of the interface to which the cushion is mounted by the retaining member, when the cushion is attached to the frame. When air pressure within the cushion increases the sealing lip is pushed more firmly against the frame. The lip extends away from the seal forming structure when in an undeformed state and is deflected toward the seal forming structure by engagement with the frame member when the cushion member and the frame member are attached.
