PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrous gel formulation which is used by being hung from a users neck, which allows a user to feel cool feeling efficiently for a long term, only by hanging the formulation from a users neck.SOLUTION: Provided is the hydrous gel formulation which is used by being hung from a users neck, the hydrous gel formulation is formed of a hydrous gel whose average maximum value X of adhesion force between hydrous gel C1 and hydrous gel determined by a specific measurement method (A), is 0.3 N or lower, length of a longitudinal direction is 25 cm or more and 80 cm or less, and thickness is 0.08 cm or more and 3 cm or less, and both ends of the hydrous gels may be coupled for forming a ring-shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
