PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method which enables neat mounting and moreover, achieves a method with a simple making process without discrepancy between mesh and blank parts in the formation of the mesh and blank parts.SOLUTION: In the production method of an electromagnetic wave preventor containing tourmaline, a blank part made of a synthetic resin, having a mesh forming part arranged inside, is produced and then, a tourmaline material mixed with an insert or a metallic substance is applied by insert molding into the mesh forming part inside the blank part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO【課題】目部をブランク部に形成するにあたって目部とブランク部との違和感が無く、きちんと取付けが可能で、しかも製作工程の簡単な方法を開発する。【解決手段】内部に目部形成部を設けた合成樹脂製のブランク部を製作し、次にブランク部内部の目部形成部にウメ又はメタリックを混入したトルマリン材料をインサート成形するトルマリン含有電磁波防止機器の製造方法。
