A method of splinting teeth with the possibility of replacement of defects of dentition is to conduct professional oral hygiene of the patient with periodontal disease, receiving optical impression clinical situation the patients mouth, the recognition of this print in a computer program CAD \ CAM systems, simulation on the image obtained dental tire which is on the lingual or palatal surfaces of all teeth available for 1mm overlapping clinical tooth equator, so that its lower border is some distance of 1.5 mm from the marginal gingiva and incorporates artificial facet teeth in the absence of natural teeth, artificial facet coupled to bus monolithically and snug against clinical equator teeth, limiting defect by point contact, whereupon a computer simulated dental splint is milled from a solid block of zirconium oxide, grinded, polished and is fixed in the patients mouth on the dental cement dual cure, where the subsequent loss of teeth, stored on a computer model, without re-admission of the patient, extracted teeth are replaced with artificial facets, and modified design is milled, sanded, polished and fixed in the mouth for dental cement dual cure.Способ шинирования зубов с возможностью замещения дефектов зубных рядов заключается в проведении профессиональной гигиены полости рта пациента с заболеваниями пародонта, получении оптического оттиска клинической ситуации полости рта пациента, распознавании данного оттиска в компьютерной программе CAD\CAM системы, моделировании на полученном изображении зубной шины, которая располагается на лингвальной или небной поверхностях всех имеющихся зубов перекрывая на 1 мм клинические экваторы зубов, таким образом, что нижняя ее граница проходит отступя 1,5 мм от маргинального края десны и имеет в своем составе искусственные фасетки зубов, в случае отсутствия естественных зубов, искусственные фасетки соединены с шиной монолитно и плотно прилегают к клиническим экваторам зубов, ограничивающих дефект посредством точечного контакта
